
From December 24 to January 1, 2025, Granma gastronomic institutions will provide the population with culinary offers.
The planned schedules were made up of two rotations, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., during holidays.
183,500 dinners are planned for the end of the year, according to data provided by Yisell Estrada Álvarez, director of the Commerce and Gastronomy Business Group in Granma.
Some 42 establishments will offer home delivery dishes and 132 cafeterias will offer a total of 12,350 meals, Estrada Álvarez clarified.
“At least two appetizers, three starters, three salads, two main dishes and two desserts will be presented,” commented the provincial director of the Business Group.
The preparation of the food options will correspond to the products available and that gastronomy establishments can purchase.
Nightclubs and ice cream parlors will maintain their usual offers.
