Joint forces of the Dairy Products, Meat and Food Industry companies guarantee supplies for the more than 13 thousand daily rations that are processed in the eight processing centers of the territory's Internal Trade system for subsequent delivery to students and teachers, pointed out Rafael Rojas Velázquez, an official of the aforementioned commercial and gastronomic entity.

In the midst of severe resource limitations, the State maintains this project, which in many cases requires the importation of some raw materials to guarantee the necessary variety and stability in offers.

Among the previous aspects evaluated, there is the inspection of the means of transportation that are responsible for carrying out these distributions, as well as the check of the hygienic-sanitary conditions for the processing of the foods conceived in that program.
